Crawford IV, a real estate veteran with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience.  HLC Realty, LLC is focused on acquiring  income producing commercial real estate throughout the country with an emphasis on healthcare properties.  The strategy of HLC Realty has been to focus on well leased healthcare properties in great locations with histories of excellent occupancy.  Our objective has been and will continue to be the long term holding of performing assets with good cash flow and potential longterm capital appreciation.
