Harden Crawford (Principal)

For the last 30 years Harden L. Crawford IV has been active in commercial real estate in Boston, Manhattan and Connecticut. He started his career in the commercial/industrial division of SPT Corporation a boutique Boston firm specializing in leasing space along the 128 corridor north of Boston. In 1988 Harden relocated to Manhattan and joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate (now CB Richard Ellis) in their investment sales division. After several years of successfully listing and selling Kips Bay investment properties Harden ventured off to join a partner as an owner operator of the Lexington Professional Center, Inc. on Manhattan’s upper eastside. LPC, Inc. owned two commercial healthcare buildings and provided medical services as well as part time and full time medical office suites to over 100 physicians throughout the tri state area. In 1999 Harden formed Lexington Professional Management, LLC which took over ownership and operation of the healthcare business as well as the building and asset management of the medical real estate and Lexington Avenue retail. LPM, LLC operated as a highly successful healthcare real estate/service company until the sale of the business and property in November of 2007 for a near record NYC price per square foot. In the fall of 2008 Harden joined the investment division of a Westport, CT Commercial real estate firm. During his brief period with the firm Harden was instrumental in forming their new healthcare investment division and was  successful in brokering over $60 million in investment sales. Since 2011 Harden has devoted all of his energy to his firm HLC Realty, LLC's growth and during this time his investment/managment firm has been active in building its own portfolio by acquiring eight new healthcare assets totaling over 150,000 square feet . In addition Harden continues to provide valuable consulting services to a select group of clients which is evident with the completion of several recent large healthcare, multi family and commercial sales transactions valued in excess of $100 million . Harden resides in Greens Farms, CT with his wife and three daughters.

Peter Jennings (Property Management)

Peter is the founder and director of Bayberry Property Management, and is a life-long resident of Westport, where he can trace his family’s roots back to the founding of the town. He began his career as a real estate broker and property manager with Cross & Brown, once the largest commercial real estate company in the area. He remained with that firm through several company name changes, until he founded Bayberry Property Management in April of 2009. He has over 30 years of experience in managing office, retail, institutional and residential properties, and is solely responsible for the development of his management portfolio. Peter is well-known for his construction and management skills, and oversees the company’s portfolio on a day-to-day basis. He resides in the Greens Farms section of Westport with his wife, Ruth and two daughters, Katie and Emily.
